Claim your Taters account to let people know where they can place orders for your restaurant. If you're claiming a Taters account, Taters may ask for identifying information. This is needed for Taters to identify and authenticate you to your restaurant. Send the following types of identification to support@gettaters.com.
- Send an email to support@gettaters.com from your an email address that includes your restaurant name (i.e., info@yourrestaurant.com).
- Photo of your business card.
- Company documents that identify your affiliation with your restaurant.
Once we've authenticated you with your account, expect to receive an invitation to your account. If you need help updating your account or adding your menu, let us know.
